We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or seek a refund for your purchase from GPS Retail. Here is our policy:
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at info@gpsretail.com. After this period, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
2. Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support within 4 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as Non-veg, are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item and, if applicable, send a replacement.
